VILLAREAL LINKED WITH CANIZARES

Villarreal have enquired about the situation of Valencia goalkeeper Santiago Canizares.

‘The Yellow Submarine’ are almost certain to lose current stopper Jose Reina (probably to Liverpool) and need a high quality replacement to step between the sticks.

Canizares has two years left on his Ches contract, and although he is committed to the Mestalla outfit, he is apparently refusing to rule out anything.
