I THINK THOSE PLAYERS HAD TO BE MORE QUALITY IN FM 2005

Rafael Van der Vaart’s potential ability is only 172. It must be least 180.
Emre Belözoglu’s potential ability is only 168. It is very disappointing.
I can’t still forget Robben’s marvellous left-wing game against Czech Republic, but sorry for being valued his potential ability 175.
Liverpool’s Le Tallec’s potential ability is only 170, but he was a wonderkid in CM 03-04. I think it was right one
English Premier League’ youngest goalscorer Everton’s James Vaughan was considered pot. ability of (-7). But, he seems to new Rooney. I think FM 2005 team wouldn’t James Vaughan before he stares

FOOTBALLER OFFERRED BY HIS AGENT

One new features of Football Manager 2005 is that a player offered to any team by his agent. In the following picture Turkish Diyarbakırspor’s Akin Yigit is offered to Turkish giants Galatasaray by the player’s agent. The player is not for sale. But, he is unsettled at his team, is not out of contract and is a good striker. So, the agent encouraged to offer the player to Galatasaray.

Once, I managed England Premiership team Portsmouth. It was the2005-2006 season. Fulham was the Championship League (The English First Division). Fulham’s forward Boa Marte scored 4 goals in one match. Atfer that, his agent had offered him to my team Portsmouth. While the agent offered the player, there was a button which showed a video match the player’s scoring 4 goals in the screen . I was very surprising. And i had said, CM 5 wouldn’t certainly be better from FM 2005.

EAST STIRLINGSHIRE

They are one of the smallest teams in Scotland, but i love much them. I mention East Stirlingshire. In spite of being me a Turk, i support sweet Shires.

They are really smallest team in there. A team in the third division. And they have been last for 3 years. But, it isn't very important for them, because of not being relegation in the third division.

I don't know how much been paid a player in the Shire. But, i think it is only 10-20$. They don't have a beatiful stadium, even trainig area, but their desires on playing football is enough.
My favorite player was youngster Derek Ure, but i think best player in the Shire is absolutely Joseph Robertson.

There is a fan site on based-advertise called http://www.eaststirlingshire-mad.co.uk. I visit that web site for learning the team's match scores. Usually, they can't beat others. But, this doesn't mean i don't love them. This is my loving cause:)

I hope they'll rise higher competitions and i'll continue to support them.

VILLAREAL LINKED WITH CANIZARES

Villarreal have enquired about the situation of Valencia goalkeeper Santiago Canizares.

‘The Yellow Submarine’ are almost certain to lose current stopper Jose Reina (probably to Liverpool) and need a high quality replacement to step between the sticks.

Canizares has two years left on his Ches contract, and although he is committed to the Mestalla outfit, he is apparently refusing to rule out anything.

TUGAY EXTENDS CONTRACT WITH BLACKBURN

4/29/2005 2:36:00 PM

The 34-year-old was set to be out of contract at Ewood Park at the end of the season, but the former Rangers star will be staying put.

"We are delighted to look forward to another season with Tugay on board."

TAICHUNG TUBBIES FC

Taichung Tubbies FC is an amator football team in Taiwan. Their fields, capabilities, techniques, abilities, dribbling are absolutely definite. But, their hearts are full of football love.
They challenge in the Taiwan Soccer League. All in them are unprofessional. The greatest reason in this is economical impossibles.
Taiwan Government's investments on soccer are not absolutely enough. The state ought to open new soccer stadiums and training areas. Thus, in the country soccer can improve.

CRYSTAL PALACE INVESTIGATION

Crystal Palace is an important club in England. The club's currently employees are

President:Simon Jordan
Club Secretary: Phil Alexander
Press Officer: Terry Byfield
Coach: Iain Dowie

Crystal Palace Official Web Site :
www.cpfc.co.uk

Crystal Palace is currently at the relegation battle. I hope they will rise and 'll finish at secure midposition.

Crystal Palace's the greatest player is absolutely Andrew Johnson. So, after a superb season, I think, Andrew Johnson may leave from the club next year.

There are my investigation about famous striker Andrew Johnson.

Andrew Johnson
Birthdate: 10/02/1981
Place of Birth: Bedford
Height: 5' 7
Weight: 11st 2lbs
Int'l Honours: England Youth U-18
Date Joined: 30/07/2002
Date Left: don't give it my god :) (--amen--)

Biography
A regular for Birmingham City for much of 2000-01 although he was often on the subs' bench, Andy had a season of high and low points. His wonder goal in the 2-0 win at Preston in February was certainly one of the former while he will forever be remembered for missing the decisive penalty in the Worthington Cup final shoot-out against Liverpool later the same month. However he responded with great maturity and the incident didn't seem to affect his play in the remaining matches, indeed soon afterwards he scored another cracking solo effort against Crewe. He is a tough-tackling midfield player who always gives 100 per cent effort for the cause. Andy was deservedly voted 'Young Player of the Season' by the Blues' fans. After failing to break into the first team on a regular basis in the teams promotion year he was made part of the transfer which saw Clinton Morrison move to St Andrews.

"There has been a lot of talk, but I am only interested in focusing on the games coming up,"

"I’ve told my Dad not to speak to me about other clubs. I only want to know about anything that crops up at the end of the season. "

"I am aware of Atletico Madrid’s interest, but how true is it? They are fighting for a UEFA Cup spot along with us, so it could just be a ploy to unsettle us."

There are two FM 2005 pictures about Albert Luque :

VIERI UNDECIDED

Christian Vieri is being linked to a return to Juventus by Italian daily ‘Tuttosport’.
The Bianconeri are looking for a valid replacement for their Swedish star Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who with the fifteen goals scored this season has proven to have transformed himself in a true goal-bagger.

Vieri’s days at Inter appear numbered, especially because the Milan club have chosen Adriano-Martins as their offensive duo for the next years, and have therefore decided not to renew Bobo’s contract that expires in 2006.

Vieri’s form has also been extremely poor throughout the past year, and his close advisors believe a move to Juventus could work miracles for him, as it did for Cannavaro.

CHIVU IN ROMA NEXT YEAR TOO

Romen defender's agent said "Chivu wants to stay at Roma, so, i am not busy, now"
From now on, rumours for Chivu is invalid, according to the player's agent. But, an unexpected events may change the transfer condition.

I DON'T KNOW IF TODD MEANT IT

Arsenal striker Robin van Persie says he does not know whether Blackburn defender Andy Todd deliberately went out to injure him in Saturday’s FA Cup semi-final.
The Dutchman met with Todd’s elbow after turning away to celebrate his second goal in the 3-0 win.

"Initially, because I was turning to celebrate, I was unaware of Todd approaching," he said. "I am not sure if it was accidental or not but it was strange.

"It’s hard for me to judge if it was an accident but he wasn’t anywhere near me and then he was suddenly jumping into me with his arm up.

"My mouth is still bruised and sore but there are no stitches. I was dazed but not concussed."

Todd, meanwhile, has proclaimed his innocence: "People are talking about it but I would like to say that it was a pure accident.

"I turned to go back to the centre circle and he ran into my shoulder.

"I don’t know what it looks like on TV but all I did was turn on him.

"I offered my apologies to their players but they didn’t want to know.

"If that’s their attitude, then fair enough."

The incident will be investigated by the Football Association

POINTS SHARED IN ANFIELD

Liverpool and Tottenham were forced to settle for a point each after a thrilling 2-2 draw at Anfield.
A fine strike from Sami Hyypia rescued a point for Liverpool, although it was far from the best goal of the game after stunning first half efforts from Erik Edman and Luis Garcia. Robbie Keane restored Spurs' advantage after the break and before Hyypia's equaliser Steven Gerrard blazed a penalty wide.

Tottenham handed a debut to Matt Dawson in the centre of their defence, while Jermain Defoe started from the bench. Liverpool, fresh from their Champions League success, resorted to three centre-backs with Pellegrino coming into the side.

The visitors, who are chasing a Uefa Cup place, started well with some fine, controlled passing, but their opening goal came out of nothing. A cleared corner came to Edman, who was fully 40 yards from goal when he smashed a superb strike into the top corner to leave Jerzy Dudek stunned.

Martin Jol's side continued to play the better football, but as the first half reached its conclusion Liverpool picked up their game and on 41 minutes they were level. Garcia left Paul Robinson helpless with a 25-yard curling shot, but minutes later Robinson was at his best to keep out Fernando Morientes' powerful header.

After the break Liverpool were clearly on top, but against the run of play Keane's deflected header from Fredi Kanoute's fine cross restored Tottenham's advantage.

The lead was almost short lived as Michael Carrick gave away a penalty for a trip on Gerrard, but the midfielder fired the resulting spot-kick wide having sent Robinson the wrong way.

Straight down the other end Kanoute shot over with a great chance to score a third for Tottenham and it was to prove costly as Hyypia's stunning volley gave Rafael Benitez's side a share of the points.

Both teams had late chances to win the match with Spurs' Simon Davies denied by Dudek and Gerrard denied by the post.

UNITED MAKE SHORT WORK TOON TO SET UP ARSENAL FINAL

Goals from Ruud van Nistelrooy (2), Paul Scholes and Cristiano Ronaldo saw Manchester United to a comfortable 4-1 win over Newcastle in the FA Cup semi-final in Cardiff.
Van Nistelrooy showed a signal of intent early on when forcing a diving save from the over-worked Shay Given in the Newcastle goal.

Ronaldo was booked for diving a couple of minutes later, after a challenge by Taylor on the edge of the box.

United were ahead on 18 minutes when Ronaldo crossed from the right, Jean-Alain Boumsong slipped, and van Nistelrooy turned the ball into the far corner past the despairing arms of Given.

Ten minutes later Quinton Fortune turned a cross from Gabriel Heinze over the bar with Given out of his goal as United dominated a Newcastle side who frequently squandered possession.

Given almost fumbled a strike from the menacing Wayne Rooney into the net, but Newcastle were 2-0 down a minute before the break when Ronaldo crossed from the right, and Sholes superbly headed past Given into the far corner.

Sir Alex Ferguson’s men should have made it 3-0 on 55 minutes when a swift counterattack resulted in van Nistelrooy putting a Ronaldo cross agonisingly wide.

But van Nistelrooy didn’t have to wait long for his second of the game. Nicky Butt gave possession away to Rooney in midfield, the young England international carried the ball to the edge of the Toon box, before Scholes passed to van Nistelrooy who curled past Given.

Newcastle were given faint hope when Alan Shearer put Shola Ameobe through and the lanky frontman shot through the legs of Tim Howard from an acute angle.

Given had to be on his mettle to tip over a chip from van Nistelrooy who was showing in no uncertain terms that he has returned to form after his recent barren run.

The Newcastle stopper then beat out a fierce Scholes free-kick and also saved a low Rooney set-piece.

Ronaldo forced another save from Given shortly afterwards, but the game was wrapped up on 76 minutes when the Portuguese winger fired low into the net when unmarked in the area.

So United will meet Arsenal in Cardiff in five weeks for what will be a highly anticipated FA Cup final.

SETTLING NUCLEER STATION OR SMOKING OR FLYING THEIR RESULT; GOING DOWN WITH PROSTRATE, HEART, LUNG, ASBESTOS CANCER

DANGER!
If the government wanted to build a nuclear power station at the end of your street, you would probably protest about it. But in fact, living next to a nuclear power station is less dangerous than driving a car and it is much safer than riding a motorbike or smoking
Everything carries a risk. There is a 100.000 to 1 risk of dying in an accident at home. Why do people object to some risks but accept other much higher risks?
One reason is publicity. When an aeroplane crashes a lot of people are killed at the same time. A plane crash is big news but a crash is not. Yet travelling by road is far more dangerous than travelling by air. 1985 was the world's worst year for air dsasters: over 2000 people were killed. But in Britain alone, 5000 people die in road accidents every year. (And Britain's roads are among the safest in the world) The risks of dying in a plane crash are 25000 to 1. Car drivers, however, run a risk of 11000 to 1 and motorcyclists a horrific 500 to 1.
A second reason is choice. If we choose to do something dangerous, we accept the risk. But we do not like it when someone else chooses it for us. We accept the risks of driving a car or playingsports, because they make our lives more interesting. But, of course, people do not always choose safe things. People choose to smoke when smoking 20 cigarettes a day carries a 200 to 1 risk of death from heart disease and lung cancer, asbestos cancer or heart cancer, except alcohol. Alcohol is really most dangerous, but it is easier breaking free from alcohol with alcohol treatment than cigarettes.
A third reason is age. Most motorcycle accidents involve young men between 16 and 25. Every summer millions of young people risk skin cancer from sunbathing because they want to look healthier or more beatiful.
So how do you feelabout the nuclear power station and its risk of several million to? Would you still protest?

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO DO FOR WINGERS, CROSS

A very important term & concept to teach U-10 & older, because "crosses" are a very important way to create scoring opportunities. To "cross the ball" means to kick the ball from the side of the field across the field toward the area in front of the opponent's goal in order to create a scoring opportunity.
A cross is a "square pass" to the area in front of the goal (If a player passes the ball across the field to a teammate out of scoring range, it is not called a "cross", but is called a "square pass"). A crossed ball is usually a "pass to space" (as opposed to a "pass to feet"). Even at the pro level, the passer usually isn't passing to a specific person; he's just concentrating on kicking the ball to the front of the goal (often while on the run) because doing so often creates a scoring opportunity. (This is hard to do. Try kicking the ball sideways while running).
A good cross will be to the area in front of the goal & about 7 to 20 steps out from the goal; if it is too close to the goal the goalkeeper will pick it up or catch it & if it is too far out the receiver won't have a shot. At the high school level and older, a lot of crosses are "air balls" that create the opportunity to score on a "header". I think it is better to use the term "center the ball" rather than "crossing pass" when giving directions to young players, because if you say "crossing pass", a young player thinks he should look for someone to "pass" it to. I've found it is better to teach your outside F's to "center the ball" without worrying whether a receiver will get there. Yes, they will sometimes center it when no one is there but it will teach receivers that they must "go to goal" & get in position to receive these "crosses" so they can make a one-touch or two-touch shot.
Tell your receivers to stay 3 or 4 steps behind the ball when they run with the dribbler (i.e., the player who will make the cross) so they won't be called offside & so the ball won't go behind them. If they are even with the ball they will either have to stop & wait on it or will overrun it & it will go behind them.
By staying 3 or 4 steps behind they should be able to slow down & reach the ball but still have forward momentum which will give them power on a one-touch shot. A more important reason to stay 3 to 4 steps back is so the cross doesn't go behind them. If it does, they have lost the scoring opportunity. If they are behind the ball they will have a chance; if the ball goes behind them, they won't). Tell them that when they reach the ball they should just block the ball with the inside of their foot & use a very short backswing; if they take a big backswing they will probably mis-kick.
Placement is the key, not power. Crosses should go straight across. This is because if the cross is at a forward angle, it is harder for the receiver to kick it (since it is going away from him) & it is easier for defenders to clear it (because it is going toward them) and it is easier for the goalkeeper to catch it. A "Long Corner" is a type of "Cross" to "Center The Ball".

FOOTBALL BASIC RULES (FIRST STEP)

GOALKEEPERS

Except in a small-sided play, each team must have a designated goalkeeper. Except for a "Throw-In", he is the only player on the field who can legally use his hands and then only in certain circumstances. He must wear a shirt or jersey that is recognizably different from all other players (goalkeepers often wear special jerseys with padded elbows). Note: In hot weather, do not put a goalkeeper jersey on a player.
They can get too overheated & become sick. Instead, have them wear a different-colored shirt (one shirt only) or a mesh training vest over their shirt. If your goalkeeper has a strong leg, let him take goal kicks. If he has speed, encourage him to play aggressively & if you "Push Up" your Fullbacks on the attack, to come out to the edge of the Penalty Box or beyond to play like a "Second Sweeper". If he picks up the ball & no opponents are close, encourage him to drop the ball & dribble it out & then kick it. (Once he drops it or when out of the Penalty Box, he can play like a field player but can't touch the ball).
Encourage him to play aggressively & to take chances, everyone will have much more fun if you do & more kids will want to play goal. I've had our goalkeeper run up field many times to take a corner kick & we've never given up a goal as a result (obviously, only do this if your Goalie has speed). One season I even had a goalkeeper who I would bring out to take throw-ins on the far end of the field. There was really very little risk, but everyone got excited by it. Goalkeepers tend to get blamed for goals when most of the time it isn't their fault (if the other defenders are doing a great job there won't be any shots on goal).
You should tell your goalkeeper before the game that the other team is expected to score goals & that it isn't his fault if they score. Do not let anyone else (players or parents) blame the goalkeeper. In fact, after the game you should have the rest of the team thank the goalkeeper, even if he or she did make mistakes. If your team is under age 11, you should encourage everyone to take a try at playing goalkeeper.
You will be surprised who is good & you really can't tell until they actually play the position. At the very least, it will give all the players respect for how tough the position is & they will be less likely to blame the goalkeeper when goals are scored. However, do not make a child play goalkeeper if he or she doesn't want to.
